It was built in 1851 as the first building in Europe designed specifically for the purpose of tourism.
Oybin is a complex of castle and monastery located only about 3 km from the Czech border with Germany in the German city of Zittau. Oybin castle towers above the spa town of the same name Kurort Rybin. It is built on a sandstone cliff own cone shape. The romantic ruins of a monastery Oybin (Czech also Ojvín) is probably the biggest tourist attraction in the Zittau mountains.
Pravčická Gate
National Natural Monument - one of the most famous Czech rock morphological structures, is located 3 km from Hrensko near the border with Germany. Its dimensions (height spans nearly 16 mA width 27 m, width 7-8 m arc) is the largest sandstone rock gate in Europe. Accessed from the rocks above the restaurant Falcon's Nest (building 1881) are the breathtaking views.
Edmund Gorge
Among the most valuable and most interesting parts of the Bohemian Switzerland. It is named after Prince Edmund Clary-Aldringen. In the deep gorge of the river Kamenice with high sandstone walls can be very clearly see the twist degrees of vegetation, which is applied as a result of climatic inversion.
